Jason brings 25+ years of executive, ownership, investment, and advisory experience. A skilled deal maker, he excels in sourcing opportunities, structuring transactions, and leveraging networks for portfolio growth. Formerly co-CEO of Spark Power Corp, he led strategic growth through acquisitions until January 2021. Prior, he founded and led Spara Capital Partners, facilitating 100+ successful transactions. Jason oversees operations at Red Jar, leading strategy, finance, negotiation, execution, and investment decisions. 

Eric brings 20+ years of leadership, operations, investment, and advisory experience in private businesses. With expertise in M&A, corporate finance, and high-growth strategies, he played a pivotal role as co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Spark Power Corp, leading its expansion until its 2023 sale. Previously, he served as co-owner and President of Spara Capital Partners and Spara Merchant Capital Corp, advising on a range of significant transactions. Eric oversees operations at Red Jar, leading strategy, finance, negotiation, execution, and investment decisions. 

Andrew boasts 20+ years in industrial manufacturing, merchant banking, and advanced energy sectors.  A seasoned investor and entrepreneur, he co-founded Spark Power Corp and served as co-CEO, driving renewable energy initiatives and strategic sustainability. Prior, Andrew held various executive roles in operations and finance. At Red Jar, Andrew leads strategy, opportunity evaluation, and investment decisions, with a particular focus on identifying new opportunities and customers in our target sectors.

Ron brings 25+ years of experience in technology and advanced energy sectors.  With his deep background in energy systems, advanced energy, Ron advises government, agency, and utility organizations. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at Spark Power, he focused on customer-centric solutions. Before that, as SVP of Partnerships at MaRS Discovery District, Ron worked with electrical utilities around the world to drive innovation at scale. Ron’s primary focus is on adding value to Red Jar’s energy and digital infrastructure  projects through his strategic and operational insights.

Morgan has 25+ years of experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, and energy sectors. Morgan’s wide range of construction and implementation experiences in projects across the world mean that he can deliver projects on time and on budget. He oversees development, engineering, construction, health & safety, and supply chain of Red Jar’s energy infrastructure projects.

Phil offers over 20 years of corporate and commercial law expertise, spanning public and private companies. Phil is creative and pragmatic, specializing in transaction structures that align partner interests. Phil's experience includes mergers, acquisitions, securities law, financings, and corporate governance for public and private entities, including private equity firms, both as external counsel and in-house. Phil serves as the general counsel for Red Jar, offering comprehensive legal services and leveraging his expertise in the field.  

Dan offers 30+ years of financial leadership in industrial, commercial, and consumer goods. Previously, as Spark Power's EVP & CFO, he was responsible for all of the financial functions at Spark. Previously, Dan held executive roles at Elementa Group, Protenergy Natural Foods, Liquidation World, 6N Silicon, Algoma Steel Inc., and CPI Plastics Group. Dan manages the company’s financial operations and reporting of all Red Jar entities. 

Rob, with over 35 years in the energy industry, focuses on Red Jar’s projects in Ontario's power sector. As Principal of RC Energy Markets Consulting, he is currently a member of the IESO’s Technical Panel.  In previous roles at Goreway Station Partnership, ENBALA Power Networks, RBC Capital Markets, and Ontario Power Generation, Rob participated in energy markets to create additional value for asset owners. Rob provides regulatory and market support to Red Jar’s projects that intersect with Ontario's energy sectors.

Tim brings 10 years of power and energy industry experience in operations and finance. Formerly leading operations for Spark Power's U.S. division, he drove expansions through acquisitions and project development. Known for fostering operational excellence, Tim delivers financially informed technical insights to support complex decision making.  Tim uses his skills, background and expertise to support strategic planning and deal analysis across Red Jar’s entire portfolio.   

Devon brings over 5 years of expertise in the technology and energy sectors. With a strong background in accounting, finance, and M&A transactions, Devon excels at leading teams and optimizing processes in dynamic, high-growth settings. Devon oversees the company's financial operations and strategies to support informed decision-making and drive growth initiatives while maintaining strong fiscal health.

Connor is a seasoned professional with experience in operations management, business optimization, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to his role at Red Jar Capital, Connor held positions at Black & McDonald and Spark Power, where he worked at both the project and regional levels. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Red Jar Capital, Connor oversees day-to-day operational activities across various business lines. 

Drawing on her background in account management and customer engagement, Emma oversees marketing and administrative functions while providing support for financial diligence within the operations team. Her involvement guarantees smooth integration and unity throughout Red Jar's operations.

With over 15 years of extensive involvement in Canadian real estate investment, financial services expansion, leadership, and advisory roles, Justin brings a wealth of experience to the table. Justin's expertise lies in identifying critical investment trends, assembling and leading teams, fostering business growth, managing large-scale projects, and maximizing profitability for stakeholders. Justin serves as President of RJ Sood, owning and managing a substantial personal portfolio consisting of 85 properties valued at $25 million. Justin is also the Owner and President of Premier Property Management and has been a Platinum member of the Real Estate Investment Network for over 12 years.

Bruno brings over 35 years of experience in the energy industry.  Bruno spent his entire career at Hydro One, serving in various roles. Most recently, he was Vice President of Planning at Hydro One, where he was responsible for the transmission and distribution planning in the Province of Ontario. Bruno now contributes his valuable industry insights and background to advance Red Jar's projects within Ontario's energy sectors.
