Red Jar was borne out of a shared vision and a deep-rooted trust among its founding team. Established in 2021, Red Jar was created by the former leadership of Spark Power, one of Canada’s largest independent electrical and power services companies, which they founded, grew, and successfully sold in 2023.
The principals of Red Jar bring deep and varied expertise across the power and energy sector. Each has led complex, large-scale projects, secured capital from top-tier investors, and navigated the regulatory and market dynamics shaping the industry. Their greatest strength lies in this collective experience and the trusted relationships built over decades.
